We operate a 12,000+ sq. ft. automated facility in Katihar, ensuring timely dispatch for domestic and international clients.

1. Dispatch Timelines

• Domestic Bulk Orders (India): Dispatched within 2 to 5 working days from the receipt of the advance payment, subject to inventory availability.
• OEM & Flavored Makhana: Dispatch timelines vary based on production schedules and packaging availability, generally taking 5 to 15 working days.
• International Exports: Timelines depend on the destination port, container availability, and customs clearance. Specific ETAs will be provided in your proforma invoice.

2. Logistics & Freight

• Domestic shipments are sent via verified transport partners (Full Truck Load or Part Truck Load).
• Shipping and freight charges are calculated based on order volume, weight, and destination, and are to be borne by the buyer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the contract.
• Once the consignment is handed over to the transporter, the buyer will be provided with the LR (Lorry Receipt) or Tracking Number.
