Our Group: Who Does What
How our makhana group is organised: National Makhana Udyog processes in Katihar, Moso International exports and packs, and sister sites sell retail.
National Makhana Udyog (NMU) and Moso International Pvt Ltd work together but are separate companies, each with its own licences and certificates. This page explains which company does which job, so buyers know whom they are dealing with.

How it works for a buyer
- Graded phool makhana and the NMU brands (Modi, Charkhi Bhog, Og): order from National Makhana Udyog.
- Exports, private label, roasted makhana, powder and kheer premix: Moso International is the manufacturer and exporter.
- Certificates are never mixed. NMU shows only its own, and Moso certificates are shown as held by Moso International.
