What EU importers should confirm before ordering

  • General food law: Regulation (EC) No 178/2002, which sets traceability and importer responsibility.
  • Contaminants: maximum levels under Regulation (EU) 2023/915, including aflatoxins. We provide lab reports per batch.
  • Pesticide residues: maximum residue limits under Regulation (EC) No 396/2005.
  • Labelling and allergens: Regulation (EU) No 1169/2011, with labels in the language of each member state.

Which label language is needed?
Labels must be in the language of the member state where the product is sold. Most buyers relabel after arrival. For private-label retail packs we print to your artwork, and we can supply bulk bags for repacking in your country.

Can I start with a trial order?
