How flavour development works
- Brief. Share your target taste, market and price point.
- Base makhana. Choose the grade. Bold 5 Sutta+ and 6 Sutta+ kernels roast evenly and look premium; see the grade chart.
- Sample round. Samples are sent and adjusted until you approve the flavour.
- Roasting and seasoning. Automated roasting gives an even crunch before the seasoning is applied to your approved recipe.
- Packing. Pouches are printed with your artwork and labelled with the required nutrition table and licence details.
